WOW! What an amazing trip! The crew were fabulous! and WOW, chefs culinary skills were unbelievable! There was plenty of space onboard, and the journey and captain's suggestions were excellent. Overall a fantastic trip!

Merci Laurence !!!

we had the most amazing time on the boat. Everything was spotless and Florien was all over everything - he even had some drops to sort out my stepson’s swimmers ear. He felt like an incredibly competent skipper and was very good at sneaking the boat into the best spots near the beach! Mike was absolutely charming and really fun to have around. He cooked the most amazing food and a real variety of styles. It always felt like nothing was too much trouble for him and he totally spoilt us. It was pretty hard coming home, but hopefully we can do it all over again in the not too distant future!"

We had a fantastic time with Florian & Mike. The boat was beautifully presented. Florian came up with great ideas as to which places to go to satisfy the kite servers as well as the beaches for the children. He was a very competent captain.

Everything was great from beginning to end. The transfer to small private plane was fantastic, and getting to/from the boat. And the Ti Kay, captain and crew, couldn’t have been better. We will write them a nice review. Thank you,

R. Michael

Catamaran Cartouche: Our stay went very well. The crew was very attentive and responsive to our needs, and we didn't even have to ask them for anything. In every respect, there was nothing to say. Truly an exceptional service. We thank everyone and see you next time for the Virgin Islands.

I am replying for the eight of us. OVERALL FANTASTIC. Crew and Itinerary was perfect. Meals on board were great. Restuarant on Raiatea was great. Only shortcomings were some deferred maintenance on Senso - was quickly repaired and would not recommend Yacht Club on Bora Bora for food. Meals on board were better.....overall a A+

"I told my wife as we left our house to go to Corsica, ”don’t expect much from the boat or crew”. I hadn’t taken any time to look into it. I just wanted to go. I have done many charters all over the world and would say this was one of the best ever. The weather was pretty crappy and still Antione planned an excellent itinerary that allowed us to have a great time. The boat was excellent and clean. The bad weather allowed the crew to display excellent competency. The food way exceeded our expectations. Winward Charters was so professional and I appreciated the dinner when Marilynne was gone. I can’t thank you enough. I will use your company again. Sincerely" E. P.

yacht faq

In case of a rental or a purchase project : define your style. What do you want to do with your boat? Go around the world with your family? Go out fishing on weekends? … Each boat has its uses and is adapted to a type of cruising.
How many cabins? What size? Classic or sporty? Autonomy and silence, or speed and simplicity?
The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is due at the time of final charter payment. This amount is generally based on 25-40% of the charter fee. It is intended to cover operating costs such as fuel, food, beverages, port fees etc. Any amount not spent is refunded.
According to European regulations, VAT on short-term charter agreements is due at the rate in effect in the European Member State where the customer is actually given access to the means of transportation. In all EU nations where the charters will begin, charter companies are required to register for VAT or appoint a fiscal agent to collect and pay VAT on charters.
Does the yacht I wish to buy require me to pay VAT? Each European member state's government imposes VAT, a tax on what is known as consumption. As a result, VAT is due on boats that are brought into the EU as well as on boats that EU citizens buy and own and use inside the EU. Although there is a possibility to allow an owner to operate a yacht in the EU without being liable for VAT, VAT is also applicable on vessels, regardless of ownership, which spend more than six months sailing in the EU in any calendar year. Only vessels that have been VAT-paid or are judged VAT-paid should be used by EU citizens inside the EU. It is important you check with your broker VAT status of the yacht you wish to buy.
