In October 2020, Estelle embarked on a new chapter by joining the Windward Yachts team as an apprentice. Despite starting at an entry-level position, her enthusiasm and natural affinity for the maritime industry quickly became apparent. This passion, coupled with her dedication to team cohesion, allowed her to grow rapidly within the company.
At Windward Yachts, Estelle found her niche. She immersed herself in the intricacies of yacht charters and the maritime industry at large. Her role evolved from an apprentice to a key player in the company’s operations. Estelle’s responsibilities expanded to include assisting brokers, managing client relationships via social media, and overseeing communication campaigns.
